Your photos are used only to create your virtual try-on. Below is plainly what happens to them — no vague promises.
Photos are sent to an external AI service
To create a try-on, your photo and the clothing image are uploaded to a public Hugging Face Space running the open-source IDM-VTON model. Processing happens on that third-party infrastructure, under Hugging Face's own terms and privacy practices. We cannot guarantee how long they retain temporary processing files, so we do not claim your images are permanently deleted there.
We run no accounts and no server database
TryOn AI has no login and no database. We do not upload your images to any server of our own, and we do not use them for advertising, profiling, or model training.
Saved looks stay in your browser
Results you keep under "My Looks" are stored in your own browser's local storage on this device. They remain there until you delete them or clear your browser data. Clearing site data or using a different device or browser means they will not be available.
Availability
Because the AI runs on a free shared GPU, generation can fail or time out. When that happens we tell you honestly and never show a fabricated result.
Your choices
Don't upload photos of other people without their permission, and avoid uploading images you would not want processed by a third-party service.
